2. HOW TO PLAY: Look at game piece to see if it reveals either a) MLB® team name; or b) a discount message for 15% off any purchase of $75 or more at MLB.com.
IF YOUR GAME PIECE REVEALS AN OFFICIAL MLB® TEAM NAME: Collect three (3) bottle caps containing the same MLB® team name and redeem for one (1) Official MLB® baseball cap with the MLB® team logo of your choice (subject to availability). Estimated Retail Value: $14.95. There are an estimated 1,825,101 game pieces for each MLB® team name being released into the market place. The odds of receiving any one (1) team name are 1:30.

TO REDEEM GAME PIECES FOR AN OFFICIAL MLB® BASEBALL CAP: Mail your three (3) matching bottle caps/game pieces in a small box or padded envelope along with a 3" x 5" card hand printed with your name, complete address, daytime phone number, and the team name/logo you would like on your cap to: PEPSI "MLB CAPS FOR CAPS" Claim, PO Box 750592, El Paso, TX 88575–0594. All baseball cap claims must be postmarked by September 30, 2010 and received by October 7, 2010. Limit one (1) Official MLB® baseball cap per name, address or household. Allow 8–10 weeks for delivery. Baseball caps will only be delivered to addresses within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Choice of team/logo is subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if item requested is unavailable.
Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. The submission of game pieces is solely the responsibility of participant, who assumes all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of game pieces. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, illegible, damaged, misdirected, postage–due, incomplete sender information, separated, torn or non–delivered mail. All game pieces submitted for prize claim are subject to verification. You are not a winner until you game pieces have been timely received and verified in accordance with these Official Rules.

Code should be entered at check out when shopping. Code is valid for one (1) transaction of $75 or more at MLB.com. Code must be redeemed no later than October 7, 2010.
4. VERIFICATION: Redeemed game pieces are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Only Pepsi "MLB® Caps for Caps" game pieces distributed by Sponsor during the duration of the game will be accepted and may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Anti–fraud detection devices may be used to verify game pieces. Game pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti–fraud detection measures, or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, torn, stolen, unissued, unauthorized, traded, bartered, sold, illegitimately obtained or illegible in any way, or if disassembled or if cap liner has been removed, or if they fail to contain authorized special markings and/or security codes, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error. If for any reason Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the promotion is no longer capable of running as intended by these rules for any reason whatsoever Sponsor may at its sole discretion cancel, suspend or modify the promotion in whole or in part.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Game open to legal U.S. residents, who reside in one (1) of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (hereinafter, "MLB Entities"), Pepsi–Cola Company and its bottlers, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties") and immediate family members of such employees and/or Persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
6. RELEASES: Participants agree to release the MLB Entities and Sponsor and Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to or from, preparing for and/or participating in any prize–related activity, or any typographical or other error in the Official Rules or the offering and announcement of prizes. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Upon request, winner must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor, except in TN and where prohibited by law.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No substitution of prizes or discounts is offered except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes/discounts may not be redeemed for cash. Promotion void where prohibited. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Additional restrictions and conditions may apply to prize claim and/or discount redemption and will be disclosed to winner upon award. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize winners will be responsible for paying any applicable federal, state, local and sales taxes on prize.
