Audio/Video Players
Most of the video and audio served from the Pepsi USA site uses the Flash FLV format. As long as you have the latest Flash player installed for your Web browser you should be able to enjoy the video and audio portions of the site. From time to time, other video/audio formats are used including Windows Media, Real Media, and QuickTime, all of which have free versions of their players available for download on the Internet. If you are watching video and hear sound but don't see a picture or you see a picture but hear no sound, you may need to upgrade your player to the latest media player or the latest Flash plugin. Windows Media player is available from Microsoft, Real Player from Real Media, and QuickTime from Apple. The latest Flash player plugin can be downloaded from the Adobe Web site.

From time to time, documents such as product information may be available to download in printable PDF format and will require the Adobe Reader plugin in order to properly view them. Adobe Reader is available for free download from Adobe.
